PetroXi Automation is a suite of intelligent IoT controllers designed to connect, monitor, and automate every critical component of a fuel station. From dispensers and underground tanks to ATGs and site-wide operations, each controller works seamlessly together to deliver real-time visibility, reliable automation, and centralised control.
DU IoT Controller
Sits inside each dispenser – speaks RS-485 to the pump native protocol (Tatsuno TQCL, Tokheim variants). Publishes live nozzle state, presets, totalisers and transactions.
Master IoT & ATG Controller
One controller per site — talks to the SBEM tank probes over the loop, tracks level / water / temperature every second, runs the interlock engine and hosts the on-site MQTT bus.
Monolith Controller
All-in-one variant for smaller outlets – combines DU + ATG duties in a single box, with the same feature set at lower BOM cost.
PetroXi Intelli
The rules and orchestration layer – dynamic price and density updates, six-reason tank/nozzle interlock, offline outbox, watchdog and remote provisioning.
